The revolution will not be televised, thanks to Susan Roesgen!

Susan Roesgen is a braggart who should be fired from CNN.  She’s rude, unprofessional and should apologize on the air to this gentleman.  Obviously, he was nervous (I would be too if I was interviewed on live TV in the middle of a loud crowd), but to ask a question which he tries to answer then interrupt him continuously and is just being a complete snob.

She continues her rant with “OK, Kara, we’ll move on over here. I think you get the general tenor of this. It’s anti-government. Anti-CNN since this is highly promoted by the right wing conservative network Fox, and since I can’t really hear much more and I think this is not really family viewing it’s time to come back to you Kara.” Anti-government?  Anti-CNN?  Not family viewing?  Where did she get that from?  Since when is liberty anti-government and not family viewing?

Shame on you Mrs Roesgen, you are a tool!  Are you there to report the news or be part of it?  Shame on you CNN, for not having the integrity to only hire professional reporters.

Mrs Roesgen, we at politiblog.org ask you to come down off your self-rightous horse and explain yourself!

The President steps up to the plate!

I’m proud of President Obama today!  He stepped up to the plate and ordered the rescue an American hostage being held by terrorists.  I believe that the choice he made was very difficult, ordering an action that most likely will result in the loss of human life and possible an American life can’t be easy.  However, these are the choices that a leader of a country must be ready to made.

I only wish that it hadn’t taken five days, with Capt. Richard Phillips’ life in danger, to mount a rescue.  Hopefully, the next time an American life is in danger, President Obama will not hesitate to step up to the plate again.

Planning Under Way for Obama Holiday

Plans are being made to promote a national holiday for Barack Obama, who will become the nation’s 44th president when he takes the oath of office Jan. 20.

I don’t know what’s scarier, that this group is going to be meeting at McDonald’s every Tuesday until President-Elect Obama is inaugurated, or that there is going to be Obama Cake.

This is idol worship, President-Elect Obama was elected by idol worship.  When will the masses wake up?

The beginning of the end!

Yesterday was election day and the people have spoken.  On January 20th, 2009; President-Elect Obama will be inaugurated as our 44th President.

What can we really expect from President Obama?  My predictions are:

  • A small upturn, then downturn and eventual complete stalling of the economy
  • Higher taxes on the working class and businesses, to pay for tax “rebates” for the non-working class
  • Sky rocketing unemployment
  • A larger budget deficit than under President Bush
  • A major national security SNAFU, and President Obama’s lack of experience will play a role in how it’s mishandled
  • President Obama will alter or “clarify” most of his campaign promises and then they will be forgotten
  • Now that the Democrats are in control of the legislative and executive branches of government, they will push through as many radical agendas and policies as they can before the people realize the truth
  • Most people will lose their idol worship view of President Obama, and see that he’s an empty suit

I’ve been personally accused of wanting our nation to fail under President-Elect Obama, just so that I can be right.  I assure you that nothing could be further from the truth.  I want our nation to succeed and prosper, no matter who is leading us.  However, history has shown that President-Elect Obama’s policies will have substantial and detrimential effects on our security, financial stability and our American way of life.

I hope to God I am wrong!  I want to be wrong!  I need to be wrong about our future.  However, I can’t stop fearing what’s coming in the next four years.

God bless America!
